What we do with what you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. Nothing is collected just by reading the pages.

When you request an estimate, a storm inspection, or an appointment: your name, property address, phone number, email address, how you would like us to reach you, anything you write in the message box, the day and time you asked for, and any photos you choose to attach.

When you leave a review: your name, your town, your rating, and what you wrote. We only publish it if you tick the box saying we may.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked about. Your request is emailed to our office and kept in our system so we can follow up. To carry out a job we may need to share details with the people involved in it, such as an insurance adjuster on a claim or a supplier ordering your materials.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not hand it to marketing companies.

This site has no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no third-party cookies. The only outside service running on these pages is a Cloudflare security check that keeps spam robots out of the forms.

Photos you send us

Photos attached to a request are private. They are visible only to us, they are never shown publicly, and they are deleted automatically one year after you send them. If we would ever like to use a photo of finished work on this website, we will ask you first.

Where it is kept

This website and the information sent through it are hosted on Cloudflare in the United States, in an account owned by Shingle Company Construction. Our email runs on Microsoft 365.

Asking us to delete it

Call or email us and we will delete your request and any photos you sent. If your review is on the site and you want it taken down, tell us and we will remove it. You do not have to give a reason.

Children

This site is meant for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
